Successful case of Yongyong Silicon Rubber in bluetooth soun

November 1, 2016, we developed a product related to bluetooth sound box silicon rubber key for ATI on request. The initial design of the customer was found that when the sample was mounted on the bluetooth sound box , the touch at key is not good, whit certain probability that the key did not respond after being pressed. The customer proposed to change initial design scheme, requiring to add a layer of plastic cement beneath the key to improve touch. Upon receiving the notice we first analyzed and judged the improvement scheme of the customer, finding the following problems.

Aiming at the problem found above, we provided the customer our own complete solution by combining our 23 years experience in development and manufacturing - only need to increase the original diameter of silicon rubber cylinder directly contacting the key in original design from ∅2.6mm to ∅4mm, as shown in the figure. A seemingly small alteration radically resolves the problem ever troubling the customer before, more importantly, the solution we proposed not only has simple mold making process, low cost, but also can effectively control the risk of design alteration, final sample satisfied the customer very much after being used and tested. Later we received another food grade silicon rubber reading pen silicon rubber protective casing project from other customer which has similar product structure. In initial period of the design we already successfully applied experience in bluetooth sound box silicon rubber key to the project, shortening product development cycle for the customer, reducing risk of the project.
