Though the customer company has some successful experience in hardware mold and rubber and plastic mold, it was still strange to silicon rubber mold. We found many problems when they sent 3D drawing files of the mold first time,for example, for key parts of silicon rubber mold such as split channel, spew relief of mold, some were not made in place, some were even not made. The one responsible for customer service communication this time is Mr Wang of our engineering department with more than 10 years experience in mold production and manufacturing, Mr. Wang patiently explained to the customer the production process of silicon rubber, which parts of mold will influence the product significantly, how to design mold structure is more reasonable, increasing processing efficiency respectively.
After mold 3D was confirmed OK, the customer began mold processing immediately, 3 years later the mold was completed, upon receiving the mold the same day, we made sampling at night, and sent the finished sample to the customer in the early morning next day. Seeing the sample the customer is very satisfied and fully recognizes our efficiency.
