1. "Customer requirements" need to be clearly defined before customizing the silicone rubber products. This includes basic product information such as the operating environment, temperature resistance requirements, acidity and alkalinity, oil resistance, etc., to facilitate the selection of appropriate materials. If there are 2D/3D drawings of the product, the customer's drawings shall prevail. We will assess whether the existing processes can meet the customer's requirements based on the product size and specifications.
2.After the "scheme communication" confirms that the process is without any issues, we will further determine the mold structure, the number of mold cavities, and whether sample molds need to be made based on the customer's required quantity and appearance dimensional accuracy. And we will then provide a formal quotation.
3. After both parties of "material development" have confirmed the quotation without any objections, the formal engineering development stage will commence. We will select the appropriate materials based on the material property table provided by the customer to meet the material property requirements.
4."Model development" will follow the previously agreed plan. We will design the molds, produce the official 2D and 3D drawings of the molds, and then carry out the relevant mold processing.
5. Once all the "sample approval" procedures are completed, the first sample prototyping can be carried out. We will provide a certain quantity of samples (and, if necessary, material test reports and product size test reports) to the customer for confirmation. If it is not acceptable (NG), we will make targeted improvements until the sample is OK.
6. After the "order production" samples are approved, we will conduct trial production and mass production based on the customer's orders.
