According to previous plan, we first made a set of sample mold for the customer and made samples, sending the sample to the customer ahead of the time requested by the customer. After receiving the sample the customer presented higher requirements that exterior surface of the product shall not have any visual imperfection, with good touch. Upon receiving customer requirement we improved the process at once, including polishing the mold, repainting the product with feel oil, etc. The customer was very satisfied and highly appreciated our professional capacity when receiving the sample for the second time.
